Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) gave its final nod to the acquisition on July 30. Infinity acquired Nepal Agro with a swap ratio of 100:95.
The special general meeting (SGM) of both companies held on July 5 endorsed the acquisition proposal.
As per the company, they will close the operation on August 19 for data migration.
