The joint entity will be renamed as Wean Nepal Laghubitta BIttiya Sanstha. NRB gave final approval for the merger on August 31.
The core functional area of both microfinance companies is Bagmati Province. The merged entity will be headquartered at Melamchi 13, Sindhupalchowk.
In this regard, the companies are shutting down their shutter on October 31 for data migration.
