The stock regulator has adjusted the stock price at Rs 603.74 after adjusting 7 percent stock dividend. The last trading price of the stock was Rs 646 on April 15.
The company is conducting 12th AGM on May 10 in Kalimati Banquet, Kalimati, Kathmandu at 11 am.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 7 percent stock and 0.36842 percent cash dividend for tax to its shareholders.
Similarly, the meeting will also endorse a proposals to rebrand the company name to develop it as a holding company, to issue right shares, to amend the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association, to elect 2 directors i and appoint an auditor.
