The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 5.41 percent cash dividend to its shareholders. Moreover, the meeting will elect 4 directors from promoter and 2 from ordinary shareholders.
In this regard, the company will close its book on November 9, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till November 8 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
