The bank is conducting its 62nd AGM on December 17 in its head office at Dharmapath, Kathmandu at 11:00 AM through a virtual medium.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 14 percent stock and 3 percent cash dividend to its shareholders. Moreover, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD to amend its article and memorandum of association as per requirement of regulatory bodies.
