Ganapati Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (GMFBS) is set to close its book on December 22. The board of directors meeting of the company held on December 6 decided to close its from December 22-31.
Therefore, the shareholders registered in its book till December 21 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
The company is conducting its 5th AGM on January 1 in Whitehouse Party Palace, Tanahun at 11:00 AM.
The stock market which remained close from September 9 due to Gen Z movement is set to open on September 17.
