ICFC Finance is conducting its 18th AGM on December 20 in the Amrapali Banquet, Thirbam Road, Bhatbhateni, Kathmandu at 10:00 AM.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 10 percent stock and 4 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
The meeting will also delegate authority to BOD to amend article of association.
Currently, the company has a paid-up capital of Rs 1.02 billion that will reach Rs 1.12 billion after the bonus share distribution.
