Nepal SBI Bank Calls Out AGM

Nepal SBI Bank  (SBI) has called out 28th annual general meeting (AGM) on January 4 in Tribhuwan Army Officers Club, Bhadrakali, Kathmandu at 11:00 AM.

The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 3.50  percent stock and 1.81 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.

Moreover, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD to amend article and memorandum of association as per the requirement of regulatory bodies and forward merger/acquisition process with suitable candidates.

In this regard, the company will close its book from December 22, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till December 21 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
