The meeting will amend its article of association to reduce its board of directors from 11 to 7 and delegate authority to BOD to make other amendments and appoint and auditor.
In this regard, the company will close its book on March 21, thus, the shareholder registered in its book till March 20 will be eligible to attend the AGM.
