Nepal SBI Bank to issue debenture from July 6

Nepal SBI Bank (SBI) is set to issue ‘Nepal SBI Bank Debenture 2083’ from July 6. The debenture will yield 10.25 percent interest and will mature in 5 years.

The bank is issuing 3 million units of debenture at a face value of Rs 1000. Out of the total offered units, the bank will issue 40 percent i.e. 1.2 million units to the general public and 60 percent i.e. 1.8 million units to personal financers.

The issue will close early on July 10 and lately on July 20. The interested investors can apply for a minimum of 25 and maximum of 1.2 million units of debenture.

The bank has appointed Sanima Capital as its issue manager. The ivnestors can apply from all C-ASBA approved BFIs.

ICRA Nepal has assigned AA rating to the issue indicating high security.
