The companies called out their respective SGM on July 15 at 11 AM. Mirmire is conducting its SGM in Hotel Sarathi, Dhulikhel and Buddhajyoti is conducting its SGM in its head office at Parsa.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of acquiring Buddhajyoti, swap ratio and issuing FPO to maintain the capital structure ratio.
In this regard, the company will close its book on July 8, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till July 7 will be eligible to attend the SGM.
