The microfinance companies signed a memorandum of understanding regarding the merger on Wednesday, July 7.
As per the preliminary agreement, the companies have agreed upon a swap ratio of 100:70.
Currently, the company has a paid-up capital of Rs 119 million while CYC Nepal Laghubitta has a paid-up capital of Rs 121.6 million.
Aadhikhola Laghubitta was seeking a new merger partner after its merger procedure with Dhaulagiri Laghubitta dissolved midway.
Following the merger agreement, NEPSE has suspended the trading of both companies in the secondary market.
