The company is issuing 120 million units of mutual fund worth Rs 1.20 billion from July 6. Out of total offered units, the company has secured 15 percent including 1.50 percent to Global IME Capital and 13.50 percent to Global IME Bank. The general public can apply for the remaining 102 million mutual fund units.
The interested investors can apply for the minimum of 100 and maximum of 12 million units.
The investors can apply from all ASBA approved BFIs and meroshare software. The close ended scheme will mature in 10 years.
