Shrijansheel Laghubitta Obtain SEBON Approval to Issue IPO

Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has approved initial public offering (IPO) of Shrijansheel Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha on August 3.

The board approved the company to issue 393,750 units of shares worth Rs 39.3 million.

Currently, the company has a paid-up capital of Rs 70 million that will reach Rs 109.3 million after the issue.

The company has appointed Sunrise Capital as issue manager.
