Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has ended the indefinite merger suspension period for merger opting companies in the secondary market.
On Thursday, November 10, SEBON has implemented ‘Guidelines on Merger/acquisition of Public Companies, 2079’.
Implementation of the guidelines has paved the way to open trading of merger-opting companies.
The gold and silver price have increased on October 9.
