Kumari Bank Calls Out SGM on December 11

Kumari Bank (KBL) has called out Special General Meeting (SGM) on December 11 in its Naxal office, Kathmandu at 1:00 PM.

The meeting will endorse a proposal of merger/acquisition with Nepal Credit and Commerce Bank. Moreover, the meeting will approve a swap ratio of 1:1 to merge with NCC Bank. Also, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD to carry out necessary procedure related with the merger as per direction of NRB.

In this regard, the bank will close its book on December 1, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till November 30 will be eligible to attend the SGM.
