The 224th board of directors meeting of the bank held on December 5 at 8 am decided to propose 13 percent dividend including 12.35 percent stock and 0.65 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
The announced stock dividend is the lowest in its dividend history.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
