Bottlers Nepal (Tarai) (BNT) is conducting its 36th AGM at 10 am whereas Bottlers Nepal will conduct its AGM on 3 PM.
The meeting of Bottlers Nepal (Tarai) (BNT) will approve a proposal of distributing 60 percent cash dividend while Bottlers Nepal (Balaju) will approve a proposal of distributing 20 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
Moreover, the meeting will approve financial reports and appoint an auditor.
The companies are closing their books on January 4, 2023 for the AGMs, therefore, the shareholders registered in their books till January 3 will be eligible to obtain the announced dividend and attend the AGM.
