The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 4 percent stock and 0.21 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
Moreover, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD to amend its article and memorandum of association and forward merger/acquisition with suitable partners, appoint an auditor and elect three directors from promoter shareholders.
In this regard, the company will close its book on January 3, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till January 2 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
