The bank is closing its book on December 27, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till December 26 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
The bank is conducting its 14th annual general meeting (AGM) on January 9 in Gold Resort and Hotel, Manigarm, Rupandehi at 11 AM.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 13.30 percent stock and cash dividend of 0.70 percent cash dividend to its shareholders. Moreover, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD to forward merger/acquisition process and appoint an auditor.
