Citizen Life Insurance has called out 5th annual general meeting (AGM) on January 29 in Aloft Kathmandu, Chaya Complex, Thamel, Kathmandu at 5 PM.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of issuing ordinary shares in a premium price.
Moreover, the meeting will approve financial reports of the last FY, appoint an auditor, approve appointment of independent director and others.
The gold and silver price have recorded big gains on August 11.
