NEPSE adjusted the stock price of Arun Valley Hydropower at Rs 308.33 after adjusting 8 percent stock dividend. The last trading price of the stock was Rs 333 on January 31.
Similarly, NEPSE adjusted the stock price of Ridi Power Company at Rs 385 after adjusting 40 percent stock dividend. The last trading price of the stock was Rs 539 on January 31.
Arun Valley Hydropower Development Company is conducting its 25th AGM on February 10 in Maitri Hall, Indreni Complex, New Baneshwor at 11 am.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 8 percent stock and 0.421 percent cash dividend to its shareholders. Similarly, the meeting will approve loan for 14.50 MW Buddham Khola Hydropower Project, delegate authority to BOD to amend article and memorandum of association and appoint an auditor.

The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 40 percent stock and 2.10 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
