Global IME Bank Starts Issuing 11.25% Debenture from Today

Global IME Bank (GBIME has started issuing ’11.25% Global IME Bank Debenture 2084/85’  from today, February 12.

The debenture will mature in 5 years.

The bank will issue 6 million units of debenture worth Rs 5 billion at a face value of Rs 1000. Out of them, the bank is issuing 60 percent i.e. 3 million units worth Rs  3 billion to private investors while the bank will issue 40 percent i.e. 2 million units worth Rs 2 billion to the general public. the general public can apply for 1,930,000 mutual fund units including 30,000 mutual fund units remained  after allocating to mutual funds.

The issue will close early on February 15 and lately on February 26. Interested investors can apply for a minimum of 25 to a maximum of 1 million units.

The bank has appointed Sunrise Capital as its issue manager. Interested investors can apply from all C-ASBA approved BFIs and meroshare.

ICRA Ratings Nepal has assigned A rating to the issue indicating low credit risk.
