The meeting will delegate authority to BOD to forward merger/acquisition with suitable partners and amend its article and memorandum of association.
In this regard the company will close its book on March 5, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till March 2 (last trading day before book close) will be eligible to attend the AGM.
