The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 5 percent dividend including 4.75 percent stock and 0.25 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
In this regard, the company is closing its book on March 15, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till March 14 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
