The company issued 203,380 units of shares which is 32.625 percent of its issued capital from February 23-27. Out of the total offered units, the company allocated 20,338 units to foreign-migrated workers, 3,117 units to employees and 10,170 units to mutual funds. The general public could apply for the remaining 169,755 units.
In the issue, a total of 1,538,466 applicants applied for 16,813,180 units of shares. The issue is oversubscribed by 99.04 times. Out of them, 2,203 applications have been canceled and 1,536,263 applications have been approved.
Given that the issue is oversubscribed, the allotment took place as per Securities Issuance and Allotment Guideline under which 10 units of shares will be provided.
Out of the approved application, 1,6976 applicants were provided 10 units of shares. Moreover, lucky five among them also provided one extra unit making their total 11.
