The company had issued 1,205,320 units of shares from August 27-30. In the issue, a total of 1,016,714 applications were received.
Given that the issue was oversubscribed, the allotment took place as per Securities Issuance and Allotment Guidelines under which only 120,532 applicants were provided 10 units of shares through lottery.
