The company is clsoing its book on March 26 for upcoming AGM, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till March 25 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
The company is conducting its annual general meeting (AGM) on April 6 in its registered office Heritage Plaza, Kamaladi at 11:00 AM.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 7 percent stock and 0.368 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
Moreover, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD increase issued capital and diversify investment and appoint an auditor.
