The company is closing its book on April 17 for upcoming AGM, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till April 16 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
The company is conducting its 9th AGM on April 28 in Dhading Kirk Resort, Dhadingbesi at 11 am.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 15 percent bonus share to its shareholders.
The paid-up capital will reach Rs 674.6 million after the bonus share distribution.
Moreover, the meeting will approve the decision taken by the joint merger committee in regard of the merger with Summit Laghubitta and approve the appointment of an auditor.
