The company is closing its book on January 11 for its upcoming AGM, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till January 10 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
The company is conducting its 8th AGM on January 20 in Kirk Resort, Dhandingbesi, Dhanding.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 45 percent dividend including 40 percent stock and 5 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
Moreover, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD to forward merger/acquisition with suitable partners.
