United Insurance is conducting its SGM in Anmol Banquet, Shankhamool, Kathmandu at 11 am while Ajod Insurance (AIL) is conducting its SGM in United World Trade Centre, DECC, Aman Hall, Tripureshwor, Kathmandu at 11 am.
The meetings will endorse a merger proposal with a swap ratio of 82.50:100 of Ajod and United Insurance, rename the joint entity as United Ajod Insurance and delegate authority to BOD to carry out all tasks related with merger/acquisition.
In this regard, the company is closing its book on April 26, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till April 25 will be eligible to attend the SGM.
