The meeting will endorse a proposal to distribute 10 percent stock and 10.53 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
Moreover, the meeting will approve the proposal of amending the article and memorandum of association, appointment of directors and appointment of auditor.
In this regard, the bank will close its book on October 3, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till October 2 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
