The meeting will approve an agreement signed by BOD to make 60 percent investment in Ankhukhola-2 Hydropower Project promoted by Shree Ganesh Himal Hydropower. Similarly, it will approve a proposal of issuing 1:1.5 right shares to clear bank dues.
Moreover, the meeting will also restructure its capital to issue right shares.
In this regard, the company will close its book on June 18, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till June 17 will be eligible to attend the AGM.
