SEBON to Investigate Rating Company, Role of Stock Underwriter and Fake Applications of Ghorahi Cements

Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) is investigating rating company, role of stock underwriter and fake applications related with initial public offering of Ghorahi Cements.

Ramesh Hamal, Chairman of SEBON during his participation in the meeting of Finance Committee said that the board has postponed the IPO and will investigate three main issues regarding the IPO.

Hamal informed the committee that the board will investigate about rating company, role of stock underwriter and fake applications with regard the IPO of Ghorahi Cements.
