The company is closing its book on June 22 for upcoming 8th eighth annual general meeting, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till June 21 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
Nepal Reinsurance Company is conducting its AGM on June 30 in Amritbhog, Kalikasthan, Kathmandu at 11:30 am.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 4.75 percent stock and 0.25 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
The meeting will also approve a proposal of amending article and memorandum of association with regard the change in paid-up capital after bonus share distribution.
