Cabinet of Ministers has decided to waive fees and charges for company registration and capital increase.
A cabinet meeting held on Wednesday morning took the decision.
After the decision, a public notice will be issued regarding the waiver of fees and charges.
The budget speech of current FY formulated the provision.
Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has published a new schedule for stock trading. NEPSE reschedule the market time according to the decision of the cabinet meeting held on April 5.
