The bus, which was on its way from Kathmandu to Loharpatti in Mahottari, met with an accident at around 1 o'clock on Wednesday night killing seven people.
Out of seven deceased, six are Indian citizens, informed Area Police Office, Simara.
The bus carrying 27 passengers including the driver fell into the river 100 meters south of Churiyamai Temple.
At least 19 people were injured in the accident. The driver of the vehicle has absconded from the accident scene. The injured are being treated at Churehill Hospital and Hetauda Hospital.
