Khanikhola Hydropower to issue 100 percent right shares

Khanikhola Hydropower (KKHC) is set to issue 100 percent right shares.

The company is issuing 1:1 right shares of its current paid-up capital.

As per the company, it is issuing the right shares in a bid to pay bank loan.

The company will issue the right shares after the right proposal get endorsed by Electricity Regulatory Commission and upcoming AGM.

NEPSE publishes list of 123 companies eligible for margin trading

Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has published a new list of listed companies eligible for margin trading. According to the chapter 3 (8)1 of the Margin Transaction Facility Procedure, 2082, NEPSE has qualified 123 companies for trading.
