Kalika Power Company (KPCL) has called out special general meeting (SGM) on September 30 in its registered office at Bharatpur, ward no 10, Bharatpur Municipality, Chitwan District at 11 am.
The meeting will approve proposal to amend policy 27(2) of its article of association and delegate authority to BOD.
The BOD of directors meeting held on September 14 decided to call the SGM.
Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has published a new list of listed companies eligible for margin trading. According to the chapter 3 (8)1 of the Margin Transaction Facility Procedure, 2082, NEPSE has qualified 123 companies for trading.
