The company is issuing the FPO to maintain 30 percent capital structure of the general public under Banks and Finance Institutions Related Act 2073, section 9.
The capital structure of Unnati Sahakarya Laghubitta has been maintained at75.45: 24.55 after acquisition of former Sahakarya Laghubitta by Unnati Laghubitta.
The company is planning to issue 178,451.18 units of FPO at a face value of Rs 100. Interested investors can apply for a minimum of 10 and maximum of 1,000 units of shares. The issue will close early on November 10 and lately on November 21.

The company has appointed Siddhartha Capital as issue manager. The investors can apply from all C-ASBA approved BFIs and Meroshare.
Currently, the company has paid-up capital of Rs 229 million which will reach Rs 246.8 million after the FPO issue.
