Sagar Distillery has called out first annual general meeting (AGM) on December 1 in its registered office at 9 am.
The meeting will approve an agenda of issuing shares at premium rate.
Moreover, the meeting will approve proposals of delegating authority to BOD, appoint an independent director and form a new board of directors.
Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has published a new schedule for stock trading. NEPSE reschedule the market time according to the decision of the cabinet meeting held on April 5.
