Crest Micro Life Insurance Calls Out AGM; To Approve IPO Proposal

Crest Micro Life Insurance has called out an annual general meeting (AGM) to approve a proposal of issuing an initial public offering (IPO).

The company is conducting its first AGM on March 18 in Shuv Hotel Pvt. Ltd., China Pool, Birendranagar, Surkhet at 11 am.

Apart from IPO proposal, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD to carry out all the tasks related to IPO issuance and amend article and memorandum of association, elect BOD, appoint an independent director and appoint an auditor.
