As per Manushi Laghubitta, it forwarded the process after identifying the unsatisfactory financial condition of Shrijanshil Laghubitta.
Both companies signed a merger agreement on March 17, 2023, following which, they signed the final merger agreement on December 27, 2023, and sought merger approval from NRB and NEPSE on January 21.
