The companies are starting the joint transaction after merger in the name of Sampada Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha.
The companies are closing their banking transaction on July 13 for data migration.
Following the merger, the joint entity will be headquartered at Bandipur Rural Municipality ward no 3, Dumre, Tanahun.
