NMB Sulav Investment Fund 2, NMB 50, Nabil Balance Fund 2, and Global IME Balanced Fund 1 as well as Sanima Reliance Life Insurance are closing their books on September 27 while Sahas Urja is closing its books on September 29, thus, the shareholders registered in their books till today will be eligible to obtain the announced dividend.
NMB Sulav Investment Fund 2 (NSIF2) has announced of distributing 10 percent cash returns while NMB 50 (NMB50) is set to distribute 15 percent cash return to their mutual fund unit holders.
Similarly, Global IME Balanced Fund 1 (GIBF1) has announced of distributing 5 percent cash dividend while Nabil Balanced Fund 2 (NBF2)decided to distribute 8 percent cash dividend including tax to their mutual fund unit holders.
Similarly, Sanima Reliance Life Insurance (SRLI) has proposed of distributing 18.3811 percent stock dividend to its shareholders. the company is conducting its 7th AGM on October 9 in Anmol Banquet, Shankhamool, New Baneshwor, Kathmandu at 11 am.
Likewise, Sahas Urja (SAHAS) is distributing 8 percent stock and 0.421 percent cash dividend for tax purposes.
To approve the dividend proposal, the company is conducting its AGM on October 20 in Karki Banquet, Babarmahal, Kathmandu at 11 am.
