Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has approved 100 percent right shares of Balephi Hydropower.
The board approved the right shares on October 20.
Following the approval, the company will issue 1:1 i.e.18,279,700 units of right shares worth Rs 1.82 billion to its existing shareholders.
Soaltee Hotel (SHL) has announced dividend of the last FY.
