The company is issuing ‘9% ICFC Finance Ltd Debenture 2088’ having a maturity period of seven years from January 22.
The company will issue 300,000 units of debenture worth Rs 300 million. Out of the total offered units, 180,000 will be issued through personal finance, and the remaining 120,000 will be issued to the general public. Moreover, the company has allocated 5 percent, i.e. 6,000 units of general public quota, to mutual funds.
The interested investors can apply for a minimum of 25 and a maximum of 120,000 units of debentures.
The company has appointed Kumari Capital as issue manager. the investors can apply from all ASBA approved BFIs.
Care Rating Nepal has assigned BBB- rating to the issuer indicating moderate risks.
