The company is issuing 6,576,967.76 units of right shares worth Rs 657.6 million at a ratio of 10:3.4783 to its existing shareholders from July 22.
In this regard, the company closed its book on June 13, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till June 12 will be eligible to apply for the right share.

The company has appointed NIMB Ace Capital as its issue manager. the shareholders can apply from all C-ASBA approved BFIs and Meroshare.
The company has a current paid-up capital of Rs 1.89 billion which will reach Rs 2.54 billion after the right share.
