The company issued 1,248,904 units of ordinary shares from August 11 to 14. In the issue, a total of 2,205,871 applicants applied for 24,512,530 units of shares. Out of which, 2,197,582 applications were approved while 8,289 applications were cancelled.
Given that the issue was oversubscribed, the allotment took place as per Securities Issuance and Allotment Guideline under which 124,890 applicants were provided 10 units of shares through lottery. Moreover, four applicants were provided extra one unit share from the remaining no of shares.
