The companies signed shares subscription agreement on August 26 regarding the purchase.
As per the notice published in NEPSE, Kaligandaki Gorge Hydropower is developing 180 MW Peaking Run of the River –(PROR) project in Kaligandaki River located in Myagdi and Mustang District. The project has already obtained approval from power production.
The estimated cost of the project is Rs 39.50 billion with 75 percent loans and 25 percent individual investment. Laxmi Sunrise Bank along with several other banks are providing consortium loan to the project.
